Leadership Ceres is in its inception for the Ceres Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of Leadership Ceres is to help identify and prepare new community leaders. Through an 11-month program, participants will dive into the critical issues impacting our community. Current leaders and experts will share their insights on a variety of important topics ranging from Business and the Economy to Education, Government and Politics and Public Safety.  This program aims to be geared at developing a knowledge and understanding of the Ceres community, from its challenges to its potential. The program will also provide an opportunity for participants to meet and exchange ideas with each other and current community leaders, and to motivate and encourage participants to take on leadership roles in the Ceres community.
